Addison Sheppard

Biography

Addison Sheppard brings experience in federal legislative and regulatory matters, with a focus on transportation, infrastructure, and appropriations policy. She assists in developing and advancing strategic advocacy initiatives, leveraging a strong understanding of congressional processes and federal funding mechanisms.

Before joining Blank Rome, Addison served as a Legislative Aide in the United States Congress for Congressman Filemon Vela (D-TX), supporting work related to the House Armed Services and Agriculture Committees.

Addison earned her B.A. from Trinity University with dual concentrations in Political Science and Human Communication. She is an active participant in industry discussions, including recent speaking engagements such as the Commuter Rail Coalition 2026 Board Meeting in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
