Blank Rome Government Relations LLC principal Katie Kachel will be a speaker and host for the Women in Government Relations (“WGR”) Transportation & Infrastructure (“T&I”) Task Force’s “Conversation with Rep. Sharice Davids (D-KS-3rd)” taking place Tuesday, May 23, 2023, from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. in Washington. D.C.
With the Farm bill and the FAA reauthorization bill coming up this year, plus a House rail safety bill expected, T&I stakeholders will be closely watching these Committees. Rep. Sharice Davids (D-KS-3rd), Member of the House T&I Committee and the House Agriculture Committee, will offer her unique perspective as one of the first Native American women ever to serve in Congress.
Katie and her fellow Task Force co-chairs, Brittney Kohler, Lindsey Holman, and Catie Kawchak, planned and will host the event and introduce the Congresswoman to kick off the program.
